Your Wedding Day

K2Roadjocks will help with planning your wedding reception. Tell us your ideas and we will work with you to make them a reality.  

We have a great music library that can provide you with inspiration for just the right first dance as well as the other special dances throughout the reception.  

We will also be happy to provide you with some suggestions that have proven successful for others.

Your Reception 

K2Roadjocks will arrive at your reception location
approximately 1.5 to 2 hours before your first
guests are scheduled to arrive.  We utilize this time to introduce ourselves to the banquet/hall manager, map the location, unload equipment and setup and test the room for proper sound and lighting.  Initial preparation is completed long before your reception begins.

During the reception, we work closely with your banquet/hall manager, caterer, photographer, videographer and family and friends to keep your reception organized and running smoothly.

Our goal is for you to be extremely satisfied, wondering where the time went when the night is over! 

Ultimately, we want your guests to share your enjoyment and to tell you what a great time was had by all!
